Praxis AI Operating Partner

Advisory & Coaching

Senior time, bounded.

Senior, human time without committing to a project. Specialist Days put a founding partner on a decision, a workflow or a review for the business. Executive AI Coaching builds your own capability with AI, one to one.

For the executive · Executive AI Coaching

Understand it. Apply it. Lead it.

One-to-one coaching for executives who want to understand AI, use it well in their own work, and lead its use across the business. Private, human-led, and built around your real tasks in the tools your company already approves.

The approach · set by assessment

Three ways we work with you.

The first session establishes where you are: your goals, what you already do with AI, and the work that keeps landing on your desk. From there we choose how much we do and how much you do, and that balance can change from one session to the next. Your starting point sets the path, not the price.

A human practitioner leads every session. AI supports the preparation, under that practitioner's oversight.

  • Every session ends with a usable output
  • A practical outcome on a real task
  • A next action to practise before we meet again
We demonstrate and create

We define the need with you and build a first useful capability. You use it, test what it produces, and can explain how it works.

We create together

We guide the design, build, testing and refinement. You make the choices and build alongside us.

You create, we coach

You design, build and improve the capability yourself. We challenge the goal, guide the method and review the evidence.

Booking options

Three ways to book.

All prices exclude VAT. Every option is one executive and one practitioner, in private. Coaching fees stand on their own and are not credited toward other work.

Dates and booking terms are confirmed in writing before you start.

The programme · session by session

Four sessions. Each one ends in something you can use.

We agree one or two real applications at the start and build around them. The shape set out here is a guide, not a fixed curriculum: it bends to what you need and what the practice between sessions shows.

Six weeks is the rhythm, not a promise of expertise. The aim is practical capability and the judgement to lead.

Session 1 · Establish the starting point

Your baseline, a view of the landscape, and a first real task. You leave with a usable first piece of work and an agreed learning plan.

Session 2 · Apply to real work

Define and build, or refine, a scoped capability: a prompt, an assistant or a simple workflow, with the checks that tell you it is working.

Session 3 · Improve through use

Review what happened in practice: the evidence, the errors, and the right next challenge. The capability improves, and so does your command of it.

Session 4 · Lead and continue

Review progress, then turn to the business: a personal practice plan, a shortlist of opportunities, and a leadership action plan.

Included
  • Coaching tailored to your role and your real work
  • Practical demonstrations
  • Guided or practitioner-assisted creation of prompts, assistants and simple workflows
  • Work in the accounts and tools your company already approves
  • Feedback on your practice between sessions, within the agreed scope
  • Concise notes and a leadership action plan
Separately scoped
  • Organisation-wide assessment
  • Custom software and substantial integrations
  • Production deployment and ongoing maintenance
  • Third-party software, licensing, or hosting

If coaching surfaces something bigger for the business, that is a separate conversation: see the ladder or Specialist Days.

Alongside the ladder

On its own, or next to company work.

Coaching develops you; the ladder develops the company. Book coaching by itself, or run it beside a Diagnostic, a Sprint or a Fractional AI Operating Partner engagement, with its own scope and its own fee.

Investors and sponsors

Sponsored or bought direct, it is the same service.

A private equity firm can sponsor coaching for a portfolio company executive, or recommend it and let the company buy direct. The service and the fee are the same. What you say in a session stays private: a sponsor sees only the progress summary you have agreed to share, and nothing is recorded unless you agree.
