Praxis AI Operating Partner

How we work

Agents draft. People sign off.

It is the method we teach, and it is how Praxis runs. This page shows our own operation, the rules we keep in yours, and the people you will work with.

Our own operation

Didge plans the work. Danny signs it off.

Mission Control is the screen Praxis runs from. Didge, the agent Danny calls his AI co-founder, breaks the work down and hands it to thirteen specialist agents in three lanes. Nothing they produce leaves the firm until Danny has checked it.

Praxis Mission Control, the Agents view. Didge sits at the top and hands work to thirteen specialist agents in three lanes, Growth, Delivery and Foundation, each showing its role, its current work and whether it is live or idle. A strip across the top states the rules: work is assigned through a named lane, and every agent answers to a named role.

  1. Didge

Plans the work and hands each piece to the agent whose job it is.

  2. Three lanes

Growth finds clients, Delivery serves them, Foundation keeps the firm running. One job per agent, and a record of what each has done.

  3. The human move

Work reaches an agent through a named lane, and every agent answers to a named role. The screen states both rules across the top.

One run of the loop

How this page was made.

  1. Brief · DannyOne page on how we work and who we are, short enough to finish. Keep the Mission Control screen
  2. Draft · an agentRead the rest of the site, wrote this page, checked it at laptop and phone sizes
  3. Check · DannyRead the preview against the brief
  4. Sign off · DannySaid go. Until then, nothing changed on the live site

Three of the four steps were his. In your business, they belong to your people.

In your business

The same loop, with your people at each end.

Your person briefs the agent, the agent drafts, and your person checks the work and signs it off. Four rules hold around that loop, from one person's first task to the whole business.

01 · One task first

Start with work someone can judge.

We start with a task a person does every week and knows well enough to spot a bad draft. Bigger work waits until the first agent has paid its way.

02 · What stays human

Decided before anything is built.

Checking and signing off always stay with a person. So do judgement calls, relationships and anything you would have to answer for.

03 · Owner, review, record

Every agent answers to someone.

A named person owns each agent, reviews what it produces and keeps a record of every run, from the first session.

04 · Yours to keep

Then we step back.

We build in tools you already pay for and train champions inside the business, so the capability stays when we leave.

Who you work with

The people behind the screen.
