Deeper workflow, governance, or operating-model support. The right depth when the work is more than a workshop but less than a full 30-day Sprint — e.g. designing a governance layer, drafting an operating model, or scoping a portfolio-wide adoption plan.

Board-level, urgent, or high-stakes support. Rapid turnaround for IC preparation, board briefings, incident response, or executive decision-making where senior AI counsel is needed at short notice.
